David W. Langham is Florida Deputy Chief Judge of Compensation Claims, a position he has held since 2006. His legal experience includes workers compensation, employment litigation, and medical malpractice. A prolific writer and speaker, he has delivered in excess of eleven hundred professional lectures, published over 40 articles in professional publications and has published over 900 blog posts regarding the law, technology, and professionalism. He is a founding director of the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary and the Professional Mediation Institute, and is involved in the Southern Association of Workers’ Compensation Administrators (SAWCA) and the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC).
