Zack has served as a National Product Leader for the DME and Complex Care industry, with a focus on developing patient centric programs, introducing innovative products, providing complex rehab equipment and launching wearable technology applications to support complex and catastrophic injuries. He has more than 24 years of experience and knowledge in his field supporting carriers, TPA’s and excess carriers at a national level. Prior to entering the workers compensation industry, he spent a decade in the engineering field developing products for use in physical therapy. Bringing that experience to the DME industry, as well as leveraging numerous rehabilitation product line certifications, he has been providing CEU presentations for adjusters, case managers, OTs and PTs, along with publishing many articles and presenting at national industry conferences. As a complex rehab engineer, his goal has been to provide the resources, knowledge, equipment, tools, technology and training to maximize the recovery, functionality and independence for every complex injured worker. Zack donates his expertise to charitable organizations such as Nathaniel’s Hope, Make-a-Wish, MDA and Step It Up Recovery and sits on the Spinal Cord Advisory Board for Shepherd Center.
